Copyright Law is Unconstitutional

Copyright Law is Unconstitutional

Yes, I said the Copyright Law is Unconstitutional. In years to come as the economic copyright law is challenged in the court systems, the courts will rule that the copyright law is unconstitutional because it violates the First Amendment of the United States Bill of Rights and Constitution. The moment that you say, "It is my opinion" and then give a reason why, you have stepped under the umbrella of the First Amendment. I can copy anything I want, use it, exchange it, and even alter it as long as I make it my opinion and explain why. I would much rather a person copy the entire creative art object, give their opinion than I would have them take a section out of context and give a Bibliographic Citation to justify their use of my creative art object. Remember, justifying is lying. They can twist my creative art object to fit their personal agenda even though I did not approve.

Creative art objects are an expression of an individual's soul. These creative art objects belong to the universe and everyone has a right to them. Did the caveperson that painted the beautiful representations of animals on their cave have a copyright law to protect them. Does anyone on the internet need a copyright law protection when they are sharing. I think not. The internet is about sharing. Sharing is what drives the advancement of humankind. If your parents did not share with you where would you be. If your teachers and professors did not share with you where would you be. Laws are made to protect those who want it all for themselves. My mother-in-law used to say, "If you try to eat the whole damn pie, you will choke on it."

If there is a lesson to be learned from the First Emperor of China it is that when you make oppressive laws and unfair penalties the people will revolt. If there is a lesson to be learned from the French Revolution it is that when economic unfairness is achieved the people will revolt. The copyright law is oppressive and unfair, and the people will revolt when pushed too far.
