Sleeping Is Not A Problem

Sleeping Is Not A Problem for some; but for those that have this issue, I have a few suggestions that might help.

One Hour to one hour and a half hours before going off to sleep; have one to two ounces of cherries; either dry or fresh. The effects is about the same. Cherries have an enzyme similar to melatonin, which is an aid to encourage sleep.

Something else that might help is an old time remedy of curling up into a fetal position and placing your hands between your knees as you lay down to sleep.

For those who are into night time sleep aids; I would suggest a Melatonin supplement. We take one tablet each night 30 minutes before going to bed to ensure 7 to 8 hours of sleep.

What ever you feel that works best for you, do get your sleep because your over all health will be influenced by the quality of sleep you get. Some studies on sleep are beginning to prove how much and quality of sleep one gets will determine the length of life.
